The Flagstaff CSA started as a partnership with Crooked Sky Farms in the fall of 2002 with 70 members. We have grown to over 290 members with a satellite CSA Tuba City. The Flagstaff CSA operates nine months out of the year: October-June. We have three, twelve-week seasons: fall, winter, and spring. We take a break over the summer season so that CSA members can support the Flagstaff Community Farmers' Market. Each week, FCSA participants receive a set share of seasonally available vegetables harvested the day of delivery. Each share provides most of the salad and vegetable needs for a couple or small family for a week. Included in each weekly share is an informative newsletter filled with recipes, storage tips, and farm news. We also have opportunities for members to purchase other local products including: cheese, grass-fed beef, coffee and more.
